Founded in 1889 in Chavot, Laherte Frères is now led by Aurélien Laherte, whose meticulous organic and biodynamic farming has made the estate one of Champagne's benchmark grower-producers. This barrel-fermented, zero-dosage Blanc de Blancs from old-vine Chardonnay grown on the chalk-rich slopes of the Côte des Blancs offers layers of citrus, orchard fruit, toasted brioche, and crushed chalk, with a broad, textured palate balanced by striking minerality and an exceptionally long finish.
