From the Swartland’s rugged terroir, this natural white is fermented and aged in traditional Georgian qvevri (large clay amphorae) buried underground, producing a textured, skin-contact expression of South African terroir. A blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne, grown organically and vinified without additives. Amber-hued with a grippy, savory edge. Notes of dried apricot, chamomile, orange peel, and subtle tannins. Complex and contemplative — best served slightly chilled with earthy dishes or North African cuisine.
