The Domaine Germain is a true family institution founded in 1955 by Bernard Germain. Located mainly in Saint-Romain, the estate has gradually expanded its vineyards to renowned terroirs such as Pommard, Beaune, and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, now covering 6 hectares of vines. Committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, the estate practices sustainable farming and manual weeding. 

Pale gold with green highlights. The nose presents a full range of limewood and white flowers, with a few mineral accents. In the mouth it offers a good mineral quality, smoothed over time to reveal a good mellowness. Its mineral quality makes it a perfect accompaniment for delicate fish, fried or - even better - steamed. It also pairs well with omelettes, poached eggs and lightly grilled or marinated vegetables. And it is also very good with soft cheeses such as camembert, whose creamy texture will be balanced perfectly by the slightly mineral acidity of this beautiful wine.
